    I went to school (grade school, high school) with a girl named Stacia. We used to tease each other.

        "Stay-sha"... although sometimes I'd call her "Stah-sha". Ah the cruel things we do as kids.....

          Cooooooollllll...that's what I thought. I was having a bit of an argument over the "Stay-sha" vs. "Stay-cee-ah" pronunciations. I was like, well what about "Benicia", "Felicia", "Alicia" and then someone said "Ali-c-i-a Silverstone pronounces it Ali-ci-ia"...bah!
